A proposal · For Pastor Andrew & Mrs. Husbands
Your family name has been waiting for this.
What if the podcast wasn't one voice — but the two of you, together? A name no other couple on earth can claim, and a format the numbers say is the strongest in Christian podcasting.
The Idea
Every married couple in podcasting can call themselves a "husband and wife" show — and hundreds do. But only one couple can be the Husbands. "Husbands & Wife" isn't wordplay we invented; it's your name, and the search of the podcast directories shows no show owns it. It's warm, unforgettable, effortlessly explainable from the pulpit, and it makes people smile before they've heard a minute — which is exactly what a title is for.
The Case
Honestly, Though
Three Doors
The full couple show. Same 12-minute format, same "Who Jesus Says He Is" opening series, both voices throughout, closing prayer prayed together. The name becomes the brand, and the brand is unrepeatable.
Pastor Andrew solo three weeks out of four; the first Wednesday of each month, the two of you together. Low pressure, tests the chemistry publicly, and the couple episodes can grow into their own show if they take off.
The original plan stands on its own. If the season of life says "not now," the solo show launches exactly as designed, and this door stays open for later.
If It's a Yes
The launch plan, equipment, editing, and the six-week runway all stay exactly as they are — we'd simply add a second microphone (about $80) and record one practice conversation before locking the name. Same launch date. Same team handling everything behind the scenes. Your only job is still to show up, talk about Jesus, and pray.
The ask: read this together, pray on it, and tell us which door. Whichever you choose, the podcast launches — this decision only shapes whose voices carry it.
